Supporting Documents

Application processing requires complete documentation.

Please ensure all documents are clear and legible. Blurry files may delay your application.

If paid off: Copy of Registration Document (NATIS)
Check your NATIS.
✅ Owner and Title Holder must be the same.
⚠️ Title Holder still shows the bank? Make sure your document is correctly registered.
🏢 Company vehicle? Have the company’s BRNC (Business Registration Number Certificate) handy.
If still under finance: Latest Settlement Letter (we can help request this)

3️⃣ Income Documents

Not older than 3 months
Must show the same address as on this application form

5️⃣ Self-Employed Applicants

✅ Only vehicles that will pass a roadworthy test can qualify for refinancing.

📤 We need every document to process your application.

Upload them below.
Or send them to 📧 info@vehiclerefinancehub.co.za
or 📱 WhatsApp 071 62 444 64.
Whichever suits you.

📌 Applying in several places at once works against you.
Every application runs a credit check. Every lender sees them all.
A cluster of checks reads as desperation and weakens your outcome.
We work with all major banks to find your best deal — one application here reaches them all.

Upload your documents

Choose File

Photos (JPG/PNG) are fine for your ID and licence. Bank statements and payslips: the original PDF from your bank — not a scan or photo. Up to 20 files.

I understand my application waits until all documents are in.
